Skills Required and Job Description:

Job Requirement:
 

-7+ years of IT experience with extensive Weblogic Server Administration 
- Provide expertise to customers in WebLogic Server : Installation, Configuration, Administration and support of versions8.x,9.x,10.x,11.x including monitoring and performance tuning. 
- Develop WebLogic High Availability architecture (Clustering, Cloning, Multi data sourcing etc.) 
- Expertise in implementing Oracle SOA suite 
- Solve customer issues related to web servers Web server and Plug-in to WebLogic server 
- Deploy various WAR,JAR and EAR applications in Production and non-production Environments 
- Configure and administer JDBC Connection Pools/Multi Pools/Data Sources on WebLogic Server 9.x/10.x 
- Create Managed Servers and Node Manager in Production Servers and test servers. 
- Developed Scripts for deploying applications in different environments using webLogic.Deployer utility. 
-Experience working on Oracle Agile PLM suite 
- Support customers to stabilize and attain Scalable architecture and performance tuning. 
- Support customers during Production deployments, new releases. 
- Guide customers to attain their business/technical goals by Performance tuning & diagnostics (tweaking Jvm parameters, using various java profiler tools, third party tools, heap dumps, GC logs etc.) 
- Troubleshooting: memory issues, deployment issues, performance issues, SSL issues, Jvm crashes etc, upgrades post upgrade Monitoring and Maintenances. 
- Provide expertise to customers in setting up Security: SSL, LDAP 
- Performance tuning of JVM heap size, garbage collections, java stack and Native thread & production performance of WebLogic 
Installation of F5 load balancers and configuring then to available IPs, switching over traffic, activating and deactivating traffic over the pools, installing of SSL certs, applied various load balancing concepts. 
- Create WLST scripts for deployment activities like deploy, undeploy, redeploy start and stop the applications 
- Create Work Managers for the specific applications based on their priority. 
Configuration of Clearcase, Work with bug track system. 
- Monitoring error logs, fixing problems and tuning parameters on WebLogic environment 
- Troubleshooting issues that arise during testing or deployment process 
- Configured and setup Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) for data encryption and client authentication. 
- Monitor the error logs, fixing the problems and tuning parameters on WebLogic environment. 
- Very good communication skills.
