JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting in the design, delivery, and improvement of software applications. This can include working on enhancements and major projects. This may also include translating business requirements from functional specifications into technical requirements for development, application evaluation, application configuration, application and integration testing as well as completing appropriate change management documentation.
2. CORE JOB REQUIREMENTS: a. Expert understanding of SharePoint Development in SharePoint 2010
b. Strong programming skills

d. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
e. Strong capability to execute tasks with quality
3. CORE SKILLS: a. Proficient oral communication skills
b. Ability to utilize existing resources to resolve problems
c. Ability to develop new resources to resolve problems more effectively
d. Good time management skills (i.e. works efficiently)
e. Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently
f. Expert understanding of SharePoint 2010 including Workflow development.
g. Ability to analyze patterns and determine necessary steps for improvement
4. SPECIALIZED SKILLS AND TECHNOLOGIES: a. Advanced knowledge of SharePoint 2010 and work flow development.
b. Must also possess advanced knowledge of report and form creation in SharePoint 2010.
c. Knowledge of security process within SharePoint.
d. Experience with using flat flies to populate SharePoint site content.
e. Experience in User Interface design for ease of use, down to the lowest level user.
5. EXPERIENCE: a. 5 or more years of work experience with SharePoint
b. 2+ years of InfoPath experience
c. 5 or more years of work experience in IT, including roles that span application development and application support
6. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION a. High school diploma, GED or vocational training Required
b. Bachelor's or Technical Degree Preferred (computer science, information systems, business administration or other industry related curriculum)
