Technologies & Experience Strong Experience in building and managing mid to large sized consumer facing web hosting environment Administration Experience on Apache, Linux, DNS, IIS, Windows/VMWare, Windows AD & LAMP Administration Experience on multiple middle tiers such as Sun Glassfish Application Server, Tomcat Good to have skills on CDN, Memcached, Load Balancing, Network Troubleshooting skills Excellent written & oral communication skills Key Responsibilities To work 24x7 and provide after-hours oncall support as & when needed Build and scale customer application specific web hosting environments in development, non-production and production Install/Configure/Upgrade web hosting technologies and servers Perform server administrative tasks Perform routine webserver, app servers and web applications maintenance as assigned Troubleshoot web application issues in multiple tiers such as web/app/database/network, etc Define, document and analyze client support requests and resolve or escalate appropriately in a timely manner Write documentation for new processes and technical procedures
