Title: Digital/Mobile App Developer

Location: Richmond, VA

Length: 6 Months+

Our Client is currently looking for Mobile Application Developers to be part of its Mobile Development Group and help achieve industry leadership in its Mobile Offerings.

This position will work in the fast-paced mobile development group to design and develop cutting-edge mobile experiences for customers. The candidate will be highly involved in the ideation and brainstorming of new applications and will work quickly and efficiently to produce innovative and relevant designs to showcase our Client.

Responsibilities:

Develop Mobile applications for multiple devices.

Work with Product Management to help define functional specifications and develop quick POCs. Implement multi device application features as part of Agile Development process.

Write coherent organized code and be able to work as a part of dynamic team.

Integrate UI with backend services

Basic Qualifications:

5+ year Java experience designing and developing enterprise applications

Extensive Java and Javascript experience ( Experience with Mobile variant like Jquery/Dojo/YUI is a plus) Previous Mobile development experience in a professional environment is preferred. Experience with multiple mobile platforms is highly preferred

Successful candidates will have expertise in the following skillsets:

Experience with following: Spring, Hibernate, JUnit, Tomcat, JBoss, Ant, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, JSP Experience in using Web Technologies like JavaScript/HTML5 in multiple devices like iOS/Android. Experience with Worklight will be added advantage.

Experience creating and consuming SOAP based or JSON/REST web services and communicating with systems.

Experience working with a source control like ClearCase.

Familiar with Agile methodologies, like Scrum Understanding and appreciation for Agile development methodologies

Passion for software development and OO Design
