(2) Proficient in testing structures modeled dimensionally.
(3) Sound Knowledge of testing Informatica etl jobs.
(4) Proficient in QTP , Shell Scripting or Perl.
(5) Extremely proficient in SQL.
(6) Experienced  in  writing automation scripts using QTP  or Shell scripts or Perl.
(7) 6+ Years of experience in testing and QA field.
(8)) Good Communication skills both written and verbal
(9) Degree in Mathematics or Computer Science or Engineering

•Knowledge of requirement-gathering methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Desired Skills
•ETL tools, Informatica knowledge is a definite plus.
•Experience with advanced SQL.

Roles & Responsibilities:
•Understand and create the SQLs to execute the complex queries.
•Interact with Functional and Technical Team to resolve issues & conflicts as needed. 
•Good understanding on testing principles and concepts.
•Contributes to the development of test strategies and approaches.
•Effective collaboration and communication with business/development team.
•Ensures any unresolved problems or issues are documented and escalated.
•Analysis and prioritization of defects.
•Provides status and progress reports
•Knowledge of requirement-gathering methodology's and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
•Commitment to delivering a high quality work product.
Generic Managerial Skills:
•Able to plan/track tasks/activities
•Report progress/challenges to Project Manager
•Coordinate with offshore as necessary
