Job Title:Enterprise Business Analyst
Work Location:Buffalo Grove (Chicago), IL

Relevant Experience (Yrs) :8 years
Technical/Functional Skills :
•Serve as a liaison between the business areas and the IT teams to facilitate implementation of a capital project with $3+ million budget.
•Work on business process and documentation as needed. Analyze business partner's operations to determine the requirements. Partner with IT teams to translate high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manage changes to such specifications. Identify business, operational and technical tasks, scope, time constraints and task interdependencies. Lead walkthroughs of business requirements.
•Responsible for managing the scope and requirements analysis phase of this capital project.
•Partner with other Business Analysts for Cross functional projects with other IT teams. Key functions include:
oIdentifying and assembling key stakeholders for capital projects
oFacilitation and documentation of requirements sessions
oUse of various requirements gathering techniques, e.g., workshops, interviews, surveys
oDocumentation of processes and requirements using CVS Caremark methodology for Project Definition and Scope and the Requirements Definition documents. Understand the CVS Caremark Development framework and deliver artifacts aligned with this framework.
oPartner with technical team in the formulation of technical solution
oAssist Testing team during QA testing and User Acceptance testing.
Experience Required:At least 10 years experience.

Generic Managerial Skills:
• Strong analysis skills
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Solid IT technical background
•Project management experience is a plus
•CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional) is a plus
•Familiarity of tools such as Visio, Serene Requirement Management, Rational Rose and BPM tools is a plus
•2 years proven experience in project management practices - planning, status reporting, issue management, risk mitigation, scope control documentation - and the use of methodologies.
•Experiences with cross-team projects , web based applications, user interfaces design, creating brand new applications are pluses.
Education :Bachelors degree / MCA
