Total experience in required skill (years):  10+ Years

Desirable Technical / Functional Skills: IT Project Management Experience for Upstream domain.

 

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skill s:

 

a) Relevant PM accreditation (e.g. PMP, PRINCE 2 Practioner).
b) A sound project management background gained within an international organization managing projects through the entire project lifecycle.
c) A proven track record in delivering complex IT solutions and systems into Upstream Major Projects (>$10M+).
d) Experienced in the design, deployment, integration and commissioning of Field Digital Infrastructure used in Upstream facilities and businesses.
e) Core competence in Planning, Cost Estimating, Risk Management, Performance Management, Quality and Delivery Assurance.
f) Experience of managing complex third party software application development projects.
g) Good technical awareness of web based applications and infrastructure.
h) Experience working with technical and non-technical teams across a broad range of IT&S disciplines and geographies, including Field Digital Infrastructure Specialists, IT&S Architects, PMO Analyst, etc.
i) Implementation of best practice standards in project delivery management and governance.
j) Assurance and track record of collective project delivery and business value improvement.
k) Ability to assess integrity and appropriateness of potential IT&S solutions.
l) Excellent record of Stakeholder Management.
m) A strong record of programmer and project delivery.
n) Strong business awareness and engagement.
o) Thorough knowledge of CVP (or alternate stage gate decision process) and underlying project management methodologies.
