Job title: iOS Mac Developer
Start Date: Immediate
Location: San Jose or Atlanta, GA 
Duration: 3-4 months
   
Responsibility –
  • Role is primarily to own and be responsible for development activities (planning, execution) of desktop application on Mac OS (Leopard and Lion).
  • Coordinate with other team members at onsite for Development and other tasks.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks at a time.
  • Excellent understanding of application development on Mac OS.
  • Should be able to write code by accessing XML or URL based APIs.
  • Should be a quick learner and self-starter.
  • Proactively create reusable code.
  • Adhere and Review Code Quality.
  • Create Documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Project Description – Client has got one of the biggest implementations of Portlet Technology in its IWE Project. These portlets are developed by Portlet and Services team. Members of this team develop and deliver state of the art portlets using Best Practices and Industry standards for Stakeholders from Global Client Workforce.

*Work experience & skills     
  • Expertise in Application development in Mac OS-x (Leopard and Lion)
  • Apple Script
  • Objective-C and Cocoa Platform
  • Development with XML or URL based APIs.
  • XML
  • Aptana or Xcode
  • Web Services
  • API Documentation
  • Ability to solve complex problems
  •    
  • C++ Programming - a plus
  • Good verbal and written communication skills    
  • onshore/offshore experience A PLUS
