Database ODI
- Designing, deploying, and supporting ODI for large scale data movement in the enterprise
- Understanding when data should be loaded, how data should be transformed, and optimizing load performance
- Job monitoring, root cause analysis and resolution, optimization, production support, and customer service
- Working with customers to identify, understand, and develop data integration solutions for the business.
- Ability to transform business requirements into design specifications used for development
- Familiarity with data modeling for creating new or enhancing objects within database schemas
- Supporting periodic on-call rotation to resolve after hours production issues and support migration of new systems into production.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree Required.
- 5+ years of Data Warehousing or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of data integration experience (data flow mappings), or equivalent hands-on experience with Informatica, ODI, or similar
- 2+ years of Oracle experience
- Experience with a UNIX-based or Linux-based operating system
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills required
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Informatica and/or ODI Administration is a strong plus
- Experience working in a large data warehousing environment following an SDLC approach in all development assignments desired.
- Experience in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) suite formerly known as Hyperion, including Essbase, Planning, and Financial Reporting Studio is a plus
- Experience with PL/SQL development and scripting
