MUST HAVE LEADERSHIP/MANAGEMENT/ARCHITECT LEVEL QUALITIES
Ø Develop strategic plans for testing efforts.
Ø Advise the customer on innovative testing products and solutions.
Ø Define and administer standard testing architecture methodologies, processes and tools across the engagement.
Ø Create test estimates and define/build reusable testing assets for large/complex projects.
Ø Testing resources with Functional Testing, SQL, Unix and Swift or Sanctions
Ø Extensive experience in using HP Quality Center (Preferably v10) to create and execute Test Scripts and to record and track Defects.
Ø Excellent Comm. skills
