DURATION: 6+ Months
JOB DESCRIPTION:
EXRPERIENCE:
· 10+ years' experience in a similar position Work in similar technical profile.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Architecting and implementation messaging and collaboration solutions.
· Manage Transformation Projects in Exchange.
· Meet the SLA and QOS level
· Co-ordinate with other teams
· Escalation of all pending and failed calls
· Update the knowledge base
· Provide L3 level support on AD, DNS, Exchange, BES, Monitoring and Reporting
· Provide solution on active directory designing and planning
· Anti spam and Antivirus solutions.
SKILLS:
§ Multiple Messaging system hands on MS exchange 2003/2007/2010, E-mail Archiving solution, Active directory, DC/GC concept, DNS, Windows Mobile devices and BES, Antivirus and Antispamsolution, Experience in Monitoring and Reporting tools. Knowledge on LCR, CCR, and IM is preferable
· Strong Knowledge on Active directory designing and planning
· Strong Knowledge on Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2007 is must.
· English: Fluent oral and written
· Certification like MCP, MCSE in Exchange and Active Directory
· Strong understanding and experience with MS Exchange 2003/2007 in an enterprise environment including backup and restore procedures, OWA, RPC/HTTPS, message flow and security.
· Experience in architecting and supporting Symantec E-vault or other archiving solution.
· Experience in architecting and supporting OCS/LYNC/Blackberry
· Experience supporting Enterprise Anti-SPAM products.
· Day to day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the MS Exchange 2007 infrastructure
· Day to day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the Active directory
· Installation and configuration and management of windows O.S
· Patching, security management and monitoring of O.S
· Day to day troubleshooting of Outlook issues; Administration of mailboxes and user accounts
· Day to day troubleshooting of DNS
· Strong Knowledge on AD troubleshooting tools
· Public Folder creation, replication and rights assignments
· Strong understanding and experience with MS Exchange 2003/2007 in an enterprise environment including backup and restore procedures, Front End/Back End setups, OWA, RPC/HTTPS, message flow and security.
· Experience supporting Enterprise anti-virus, anti-spam, filtering, logging, encryption and email tracking.
