JOB DESCRIPTION:

Mandatory Skills:

Indepth Investment banking knowledge.
8+ years of IT experience in requirement gathering analysis, designing and documenting various applications and systems related to Corporate Compliance domain in any large Investment Banks.
• Experience in Microsoft Office tools (Visio, Project, Excel, Word, etc), SharePoint and testing tools (e.g., Quality Center).
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements for technical usage.
• Experience working with enterprise-level reporting, data, and requirements.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize a demanding and varied workload.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to communicate issues to both technical and non-technical audience.
• Extremely organized, excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in documenting system architectures and workflows.
• Highly self-motivated with a confident "do the right thing" attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail, self-starter with demonstrable initiative.
• Team player, co-operative, and able to work in a large team across multiple locations and time zones.
