Alot of reporting and main and sub, config and billing knowledge, collective billing will be nice ( any of the CB experience) Strong representation of Understand integration so a little bit of FICO Stream serve (an open text product- open text bought stream serve) Communication; able to meld right in Will have to do alot of negotiation with end users, business It's the capital credits project; member/customer refunds Someone that has good level of experience and help with custom design which is where the reporting and FICO come into play Grassroots development/ design Capital credits is huge and other coops will be looking at what PEC is doing High visibility Must be on site There aren't a lot of FICA (with utility would be nice)
