Job Description:

• 7+ years of experience in the field of Java J2ee, Struts, Spring Web Service, design pattern, XML and XSLT and knowledge of Unix is a must.
• 3+ years of experience in leading and mentoring team at Architect level
• Advanced SQL coding skills 
• Solid understanding of Data Modeling concepts 
• Technical team management experience including offshore team members 
• Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills 
• Prior experience with POS systems/Retails concepts.
