Role : Senior SQL Server Developer (BI)
Location: Honolulu

Skills:
•    Must have 7+ years of experience in SQL server BI platform (minimum 2008) and proficient in DB level programming

•    Strong knowledge in developing SSIS, SSAS and SSRS packages/reports to meet business requirements

•    At least 4 years of experience in SQL Server T-SQL database development (data modeling, stored procedures, functions and query optimization)and knowledge of SQL Server best practices.

•    Must have minimum of 3 years in datawarehousing projects

•    Proficient in datawarehousing concepts

•    Experience in handling Airline customer's Data Marts / Warehouse and deeply involved in design and development.

•    Microsoft BI certification on SQL Server 2008 and SQL Server Business intelligence would be an added advantage

Responsibility:


•    Responsible for developing relational and multidimensional database queries

•    Responsible for design and development of SQL Server based BI solutions.

•    Responsible for design, create and tune database objects (tables, views, indexes) to support logical and dimensional models. Maintain the referential integrity of the database.

•    Responsible for designing and implementing specific proof of concepts/components as and when required.

•    Responsible for Debugging, monitoring and troubleshooting in SQL Server BI based solutions

•    Must maintain and enhance the existing data mart, exports and reports

•    Comprehensive knowledge of problem analysis, and design and programming techniques.

•    Should have excellent communication skills and continuously work with business stake holders to come up with quick solutions

•    This position demands a well-organized, action-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize daily work, change directions quickly, manage geographically dispersed resources and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

•    Ability to work with minimal supervision, engaging peers and other departments to accomplish assigned goals and effectively manage projects in a cross-functional environment.
