*Responsibilities:
• Seasoned Business Analyst with 5 + yrs of experience and have worked on various projects
• Experience in gathering the requirements from the business users using the various requirement gathering techniques like JAD sessions, storyboarding etc
• Proficient in SDLC
• Excellent communication skills
• Extremely organized and adaptable and established ability to manage geographically scattered teams.
• ability to work effectively with technical teammates or in standalone position in order to translate business requirements into an effective IT requirements and serve as an effective communication channel between the key IT personnel and business folks.
• Proficient in developing use case diagrams, analysis model, use case models, and class diagrams based on UML methodology.
• Ability to gather business and technical requirements from both formal and informal sessions through interviews, NetMeeting, questionnaire, video conferencing, JAD sessions and conference calls.
• Strong experience in requirement elicitation , creating Business cases, Business requirement documents and functional requirement documentation
• Ability to estimate , plan , organize and coordinate execution of activities with multiple parties
• Ability to effectively manage the multiple assignments and priorities concurrently
• Demonstrates high attention to detail
• Track record of delivering results on time and within budget
• Develops good working relationships with business partners / sponsors
• History of success working in a variety of application and business areas
*Project Description
Would be business analyst on the projects in health Insurance domain and would be requirement to interact with the business users and define the requirements and facilitate the discussion and translating the same into IT requirements

Good communication skills Required
Health Insurance experience Required
BE or any computer science degree Desired
