Position : Java / J2EE Lead
Location : Bay Area, CA
Duration : 12 Months+ Contract
Required Skills:
Required skill set for Team Lead in Haiku-Server side are :
- Team lead with Java / J2EE background should be fine.
- Scala / Akka
- MongoDB
- Experience on Integration projects, (good to have)
- This role requires more Project-understading & Task-management with offshore-team.
Since the requirement is urgent, HM is not insisting on any niche skills (no Scala, no Akka, no MongoDB: but VERY nice to have)
– HM just wants VERY STRONG Java/J2EE Resource,with great tech coordination skills (ability to work on integration with the 7 systems: EDAM, Inquira, Axio, etc); and ability to work with business (good communication/analytical skills) and tech teams co-ordination(onsite or offshore).
Since Scala / Akka is rare, we can look at this requirement as a Java/ J2EE lead requirement. We can prep the candidate before the discussion to have some overview on these skills.
