Role: IBM BPM/Lombardi BPM Consultant
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: FTE/Contract/ Contract to Hire

Job Description:

·                 8-10 years of experience.

·                 Requires an extensive knowledge of application specifically with IBM-BPM(Lombardi Teamworks) version 7 or higher

·                 Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with client, partner, and IT management and staff.

·                 Must have hands-on development, deployment and production support experience with IBM-BPM(Lombardi version 7 or higher) and must have implemented at least 2-3 large/complex business processes

·                 Very familiar with SQL, AJAX, SOA, JMS, design patterns, agile methodology.

·                 Comfortable collaborating with team members to better understand the business process, its key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs) and how to best implement the process.
