Title: Lead Microsoft QA Tester
Location: Boston, MA (Must be U.S. Citizen)
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6+ Months
Responsibilities:
Must be U.S. Citizen. Looking for a strong Microsoft tester who's worked with Team Foundation Server as well as Visual Studio. Any experience with Microsoft Test Manager and Selenium will move you right to the front of the line!
o 6+ years of experience with designing and implementing Quality Control standards for software testing
o Hands on Microsoft testing and reporting tool experience
o Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio (VS) and Team Foundation Server (TFS) and the ability to generate automated functional and load tests
o Proven data analysis and verification ability
o Experience with statistical reporting and analysis
o Experience with Project Management work structures
o Strong knowledge of system testing metrics, best practices and methodologies
o Proven ability to: participate in requirements and design reviews, develop test plans, write and execute test cases in a fast paced software development environment
• Big bonus if you have: Experience working in an Agile SCRUM setting, Ability to manage/use Microsoft SharePoint 2010 at a site admin level (which includes setting up basic site collection, creating lists and templates based on testing needs, adding permissions and site access groups, etc.)
