o Strong knowledge on Data flow in Web applications
> Hands on experience on design and development of J2EE web applications and Portal based applications.
> Strong application server knowledge Web sphere/Weblogic (preferred web sphere)
> Strong working knowledge in portal application including JSR 168 and JSR 286
> Be well versed with IBM Products like Lotus Quickr, Lotus Connections
> Experience in application build and deployment
> Possess strong knowledge of SDLC concepts (Software development life cycle) and web application design
1.6+ years of general IT experience with at least 4 years of Web application development
2.Java (J2SE) and Enterprise Java (J2EE) technologies
3.Development knowledge in Websphere portal based applications
4.Application server (Weblogic/Websphere) knowledge.
5.Lotus Quickr & Connections
6.Application deployment and configuration in WebSphere application Server console.
7.Experience in UNIX/LINUX
