Competencies Foundation - SOA Testing
Experience (Years) 6-8
• Certification as CSTE, CSQA a plus but not required •
Approximately 5-8 years' experience managing resources.
• Strong facilitation skills
• Defect management experience
• Experience working in a .net environment and Java with external partnerships
• Ability to coordinate results with large, cross-functional teams
• Experienced in requirements analysis and decomposition for testing scope identification
• Experienced in facilitating issue resolution and requirement clarification
• Experiences in establish test traceability to requirements and design
• Experience of both Agile and Waterfall SDLCs preferred but not required.
• Experience in Project Management and/or Scrum master preferred but not required
• Testing Automation knowledge like QTP etc.
