Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership and direction with regard to Web user interface and visualization.
- Set methodologies (Process, work flow, tools) and guidelines for the rest of the organization for projects which required changes to Web Interfaces.
- Manage and operate projects from UI requirement gathering to functional specification and design.
- Contributing to our client development standards and working closely with the enterprise architect and development lead.
- Discussing technical solutions with business owners and providing innovative new ideas to solutions.
- Maintaining a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in regard to accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies, and keep team members informed as appropriate, with a view to incorporating these in future projects and staying ahead of the market and position yourself with our client as a digital specialist.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years experience as a UI/UX Developer
- 6 years experience in HTML, XHTM
- 6 years experience in Photoshop, Illustrator or other similar tools
- 6 years experience in Style Sheets
- 6 years experience in Flash/Action Scripts
- 6 years experience in InDesign
- Knowledgeable and experienced in web accessibility and W3C coding standards
- The applicant should be knowledgeable in:
- Agile software development methodologies, including task estimations, sprint planning daily scrum
