• Hadoop Architecture definition including High Availability configuration ,capacity planning and define request flow
• Installation & Configuration of Hadoop cluster
• Adding, decommissioning and rebalancing nodes
• Rack aware configuration
• Configuring monitoring & management tools
• HDFS support and maintenance
• Applying patches and perform version upgrades
• Incident management , Change management & problem management
• Troubleshooting and RCA
• Performance management and reporting
• Recover from Name node failures
• Schedule Map/Reduce jobs
• Installation and configuration of other open source software like Pig, Hive,oozie, HBase, Flume, Sqoop etc.
• Integration with SAS
• Solution presentation to customers & internal stakeholders
