Oracle RTD Analyst

Relevant Experience (Yrs) :
7+ Years (minimum)
Technical/ Managerial Skills :
• Minimum one year of experience with designing/developing/implementing Oracle RTD services
• Atleast one full life cycle RTD implementation experience with RTD 11g version
• Experience integrating RTD service with external facing web application and Siebel CRM application is a plus
• Experience interpreting data captured by RTD to create performance matrix.
• Good understanding of Oracle and Teradata data sources
Preferred Experience
• 2+ years of Siebel application experience including configuration and integration
• At least one end to end experience integrating Siebel application with RTD
• Oracle Policy Automation
Roles & Responsibilities
• Providing all RTD Development, Production support and RTD environment upgrade/maintenance support at Client end.
• RTD lead will work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements facilitate design and lead development and deployment.
• Mentoring and training other resources in TCS and customer on Oracle RTD
• Work with business owners, business analysts and developers to design the user interaction of new site capabilities based on user research and business requirements.
• Communicate high level design concepts and user interface requirements through wireframes, user interaction models, information architecture, prototypes, guidelines and user interface design specifications
