Siebel Tech Lead

Plan, manage and execute on all project tasks to ensure successful and high quality deliveries of enterprise Siebel CRM and UCM applications
• Responsible for all deliverables, including the design and implementation of the Siebel CRM and UCM solutions
• Proven experience implementing large CRM projects (Oracle/Siebel), having excellent foundational knowledge of Siebel application integration architecture, to deliver/articulate solutions for integrating with other systems, by exploiting all features and capabilities of Siebel technology.
• Demonstrate passion for quality and productivity by use of efficient development techniques, standards and guidelines
• Develop and test Siebel solutions (configuration, integrations and data conversions) using Siebel Tools to meet business requirements
• Adhere to SDLC standards for design, coding, and security
• Demonstrate passion for quality and productivity by use of efficient development techniques, standards and guidelines
• Experience in Siebel eCommuncation with implementation in Telecom Domain is must.
• Experience managing and providing technical direction and guidance to medium-size development teams (i.e. up to 8 Siebel developers, testers, configuration resources)
• Strong understanding of Siebel data model, data architecture and application architecture
• Excellent problem solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work in a high paced, multiple vendor global environment
Mandatory Technical Skills
• Must have over 10 years' experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry with over six years managing and implementing Siebel
• Siebel Tools 8.1, CTI, EIM, Workflow, Assignment Manager, EAI integration, e-scripting and server administration experience is essential
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Effective analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Technical Skills • Experience with Troubleshooting and resolving integration and migration issues with the Siebel platform
Mandatory Functional Skills • Experience in Siebel eCommuncation with implementation in Telecom Domain is must.

Data Migration Lead (Siebel - UCM)
Work Location Sunnyvale
Duration 6 Months
Mandatory Technical Skills 4+ years of experience in Siebel UCM as technical lead
UCM Batch loads, Web-service integration, Customization, D&B, IIR, Data Matching, Data Cleansing. Performance tuning of UCM batch loads.
Desirable Technical Skills Experience in other technology areas in Siebel CRM, knowledge on SFDC, EBS data models etc.
Mandatory Functional Skills The person has to be a client facing with good interpersonal skills and strong command on MDM architecture and best practices. Good documentation skills, thoroughly understand the data quality concepts and should be able to suggest customer what they should do and lead the technical team in achieving the design.
Desirable Functional Skills Any other MDM knowledge like SAP MDM, Informatica MDM. Understand the enterprise architecture and data models of customer legacy applications.
