· Extensive experience with development of applications in Java/J2EE, C, C++, Windows GUI, and XML
· Experience with the development of Web Services using the webMethods platform
· Extensive experience with web design and implementation, including JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, python, AJAX
· Strong database skills on Oracle 10g and Microsoft SQL Server
· Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint portal
· Experience with .NET development, including C#, Infopath, Infopath Designer.
· Strong experience with at least one Application Server; (IBM WebSphere)
· Experience with UNIX
· Experience with JMS
· Demonstrated experience with developing solutions in a mature Software CM and Release Management culture/environment
· Strong experience in SOA and Service Component Architecture including Web Services and XML
