ATG Commerce Developer(Production Support) 

 

Direct Client Requirement 

 

ATG Commerce 7.1/9.1, ATG Dynamo, Operational Support Experience.  

Location:  San Francisco, CA.  

Duration: 12+ months contract / contract to hire / permanent position 

Qualifications and experience: 

Previous experience working as Senior Software Engineer or Senior Web Developer.

Experience in development and delivery of commercial websites.

Experience in supporting ATG Based web application in production.

A degree, ideally in Computer Science, is advantageous.

Experience working in an agency and/or creative and/or technical consultancy environment is advantageous. 

Technical competencies : 

Designing and building web sites and applications using Enterprise web platforms.

Experience with a variety of application servers: ATG (version 7.x or higher) , JBoss, Tomcat on Linux and Solaris.

Experience with a variety of web development frameworks and libraries: Spring, Struts, Freemarker, Hibernate, and others.

Experience with J2EE . Experience in Web Services .

Strong understanding of high performance website architectures and patterns .

Standards based web user interfaces.

Troubleshooting on ATG Infrastructure.

Root Cause Analysis of production issues.
