Duration: 1 year with possible extension
Onsite: On location at the Client's site 100% of the time. No
telecommuting or remote work.

Description:
Our Client, a government organization, is looking for a Lead Java
Developer
Responsibilities:
• Work with the application Developers, Technical Leads and Project
Managers on various web application development projects during all
phases of project life cycle
• Assist Technical Leads to define and communicate the Software
development standards and participate in review process and help
enforce data standards, principles and procedures
• Collaborate with external teams and developers and participate in
requirements gathering with the Users
• Work under the direction of the Project Manager and Technical Leads
Requirements:
• 4+ years experience in JAVA/J2EE development with a background in
planning, designing and development of small to medium scale J2EE
application systems
• 4+ years of experience with Struts, JSF, JavaScript
• 4+ years of experience with Oracle 10g
• Experience leading a team of 3-5 or more developers
• Experience in UML modeling is desired
• SQL and PL/SQL is desired
• .NET, Crystal Reports and/or COBOL is preferred (not required)
• Government experience is preferred
