We have an urgent opening for Business-Analyst with Java/J2EE models and frameworks exp.

Location: Denver (Colorado)

Duration: 8 Months

Job Description:

·        Excellent Oral and Written Communication/documentation and Inter-personal skills

·        ability to connect with developers, architects, senior managers, business managers and other analysts

·        5 to 10 yrs exp in both technical and analysis roles

·        familiarity and high level understanding of Java/J2EE models and frameworks, RIA suites (Flex, flash, etc), .net Frameworks, SOA, Web Methods, DB Design and Development, CRM, eTOM-SID etc

·        Good understanding of SDLCs for both plan and time driven projects

·        high level understanding of Agile, RAD, UI driven Design, etc

·        Fair knowledge of media distribution domain and aspects like Billing, Commissions, Order Management, etc Ability to elicit and elaborate on requirements, use cases, functional overviews, processes

·        Self driven and capable of identifying and interacting with information leads

·        Hands on experience of tools like Enterprise architect, Visio, MS Office

·        Willingness and capability to study at both technical artifacts and business documentations

·        code, design, architecture, business process, etc

·        Flexible and adaptive to technical and task changes Expected to provide highest levels of professionalism while maintaining a sociable and friendly personality

·        Would be expected to manage complete tasks and projects in addition to analysis work

·        Would be expected to produce both technical and business artifacts based on tasks

·        Recommended qualification

·        Computers/ IT degree (masters in IT/computers/business would a big advantage)

·        initial engagement would be with the architecture and system analysis groups and mandates would include study and elaboration of functional and technical aspects of enhancements and new product developments Can be a System Analyst or a BA
