Requirements:
·         Having experience in end to end recruitment process in IT field only
·         Any Graduation with a strong academic record and having good command over English.
·         Team player with a high sense of urgency.
·         Work closely and coordinate with Accounts Manager to fulfill client requirements.
·         Ability to interact at all levels of the organization and implement targeted sourcing initiatives.
·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
·         Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities are essential.
·         Must have experience on building relation with GC and Citizens.
 
Job Description:·         As part of a core team responsible for staffing, the Recruiter is responsible for end to end recruitment process in IT field.
·         Full life-cycle recruiting: sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, salary negotiations, coordinating interview schedules, reference checks and looking after the final process from Interview till joining the clients.
·         Strategically and innovatively source potential candidates from online databases, contact lists and internal databases. You will also source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research.
·         Sourcing consultant profiles on job boards, as per the responses received from prospects considering them for the available requirements.
·         Talking to the consultants regarding the requirement and getting his view of the requirement and the technical skills that he possesses.
·         Negotiating on the salary or Pay Rates.
·         Coordinating with Accounts Manager/Client regarding the requirements, status, queries, feedback & Closures.
·         Continuously build candidate pipeline and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
·         Ability to interact at all levels of the organization and implement targeted sourcing initiatives. Ability to generate a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.·         Team player with a high sense of urgency.
·         Must maintain a steady database required to fulfill our daily recruitment needs.
·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
·         Contribute to the overall success of the Staffing group by providing a high level of customer service and quality throughout the staffing process.
