Program Manager

Contract 12 months

This position is accountable for the general oversight of multiple Information Technology projects within a division, or for cross-divisional projects, that may vary in complexity and duration. This position directs, manages and implements program management activities, to meet initiatives that support the success of the business operation. This includes direct accountability for program or project execution from beginning to end, assembling and leading the program or project team, or teams, delegating tasks, identifying, managing and negotiating resources, and communicating project related information to the Divisional PMO or appropriate stakeholders . This position will adhere to guidelines and processes to ensure that divisional objectives correlate with enterprise initiatives through communication and collaboration with the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO).

Provides day-to-day coaching and support to the EPMO Project Coaches and divisional project management staff in support of enterprise project management information systems, tools and templates to ensure alignment of technology solutions to Horizon Project Management Life Cycle.

Must Haves:

7-10 years of Program Management Experience

QA Analyst with Mercury Tools –QTP

Contract: 3 months with possible extensions

This candidate should be able to review the Business requirements and document the Functional requirements for the application assigned. The automation of regression testing and functional testing is the main deliverable of this position. All automation scripts using QTP should be delivered on time within budget.

Adept test automator, highly skilled in QTP.

Experience with Flex & Flash Technologies/QTP is a must.

Need to be able to translate functional test scripts into automated test scripts/scenarios.

Need to be able to automate scripts with minimal direction, should be able to work independently.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are a must haves.

Familiar with Rational Suites.

Familiar with Req Pro.

 

Technical Project Manager

Contract: 6 months

POSITION PURPOSE: This position is responsible for the development, maintenance, and/or integration or migration of a major, multi-divisional advanced application. These applications are highly visible, highly complex and operate in a tightly constrained environment. Working independently, this position is responsible for the identification, interpretation, and clarification of business requirements and the formulation of policy, which supports multiple divisions and independent business units. He/She manages the timely implementation of multiple development projects, responsible for acting as the focal point; he/she interfaces with multiple clients and business systems throughout the corporation. This position is also responsible for ensuring that all projects are planned, prioritized, tracked, cost justified, and yield personal and business productivity gains. This must ultimately result in a high degree of client/customer satisfaction.

EDUCATION:

• Requires expert knowledge in the field of computer science, including hardware and software products, computer systems, systems analysis, programming, development/maintenance process, and data management for large complex systems.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Completion of an approved educational program or four years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 7 – 10 years of business systems analysis and design experience. Must have demonstrated capacity to successfully lead and direct a group of systems engineers, analysts, and/or programmers.

• Requires extensive knowledge of the functional area of the business that is being supported.

• Requires a broad knowledge of development management and control concepts and application knowledge of business practices.

• Leadership experience is preferred.

• Technical knowledge covers current development methodology, languages, and operational capabilities.

DECISION MAKING:

• Must work independently to help shape policy and to make complex data processing decisions involving new applications, systems studies, software purchase requirements analysis, business evaluations, cost effectiveness innovations, installation decisions, and business planning for systems that use advanced state-of-the-art technology.

• Decisions require significant use of extensive technical, functional, leadership, and managerial skills to maximize benefits, while minimizing impacts on all external/internal information systems and headquarters/field personnel.

• Must identify, define, quantify and solve significant highly complex, technical and management issues on a regular basis. Must correlate requirements and information from multiple sources, anticipate both current and future processing and management information needs, analyze their potential impacts, and create new technical solutions for these needs.

Business Analyst with IT Security

Key Skills / Requirements:
Must understand ITIL IT Service Management.
Must have technical skills to be able to access, identify and interrogate system logs and identify production changes.
IT Audit experience preferred.
IT Forensics experience preferred.

 

POSITION PURPOSE:
Monitor the health of network and systems as it relates to security. Responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of security related products. Maintains and updates approved system configuration baselines. Performs Application, Firewall and system security reviews. Reviews and approves firewall changes. Aids in the design and implementation of the security infrastructure. Aids in the development of Security Policy and procedures. Assist in the annual enterprise risk analysis process. Analyze systems, network and applications security and recommend and develop security measures to protect information against unauthorized access, modification or loss.

Accountable for complying with all laws and regulations associated with duties and responsibilities.


ACCOUNTABILITIES:


1. Information Security Administration Analysis:

Responsible for the analysis and approval of business requirements associated with Information Security systems or processes. Translates security design based on business requirements into functional processes while maintaining controls set forth by Information Security Policy and Procedures. Develop and recommend new or enhanced security and system designs, including documentation of functional specifications for system configuration, to support system requirements as business processes evolve and system enablers are identified.

2. Information Security System Maintenance:

Responsible for the documentation and maintenance of security systems to include change management processes and tracking requests ensuring on-going changes and developments and upgrades to systems are performed. Design and develop tests, document testing results for newly created functionality associated with system maintenance, enhancements and upgrades to ensure all systems changes are successfully implemented.

3. Information Security Technical Architecture:

Plans, researches, designs, analyzes, estimates, determines options, recommends, installs, tests, schedules, implements, administers, documents, monitors, tunes performance and maintains all primary and auxiliary technical architecture across all system platforms as related to assigned areas of specialty to ensure the integrity, security, availability, reliability and performance of corporate computerized systems to meet client needs and expectations.

4. Strategic and Tactical Planning:

Evaluates and recommends new system products across all system platforms and provides information regarding technical architecture to management as needed for developing, monitoring and maintaining IT strategic and tactical plans that conform to the mission, goals and objectives of the organization.

5. Communication:

Demonstrates effective and timely communication to stakeholders, management, teams and vendors as applicable regarding status, issues, project plans, procedures, processes, systems and architecture to meet client needs and expectations. Manages and builds relationships to provide timely assistance and quality technical support to meet needs of clients of computerized systems and to provide positive results with optimal impacts to the organization.
