Location: Richmond, VA
Duration: 6 Months+
Skills:
• Technical specialist with experience in SAP Performance Management End to End with SAP EP4 or EP5
• Experience in defining / configuring SAP PM solution including Appraisals, Reporting, Administration
• Experience with Global implementation (Europe and Americas)
• Influence and lead positive changes to operational business processes by developing workable solutions aligned with business objectives and SAP standard functionality
• Translate functional requirements into technical design for global SAP-PM
• Develop and oversee test plans for Global PM
• Assess and report upon impact and ramifications of proposed solution changes
• Serve as primary focal point for new SAP ECM solution requests
• Creation of business blueprint including SAP ECM standard settings
and RICEFW identification.
• Creation of functional specification including SAP ECM custom-build
• development requirements
• Transfer knowledge to client personnel
