POSITION 1: Sr. QA ENGINEER
Work Location: US – Santa Clara, CA.
Duration : 1 year+
Rate : Market
Note : Locals Preferred , who can attend In-Person Interview
Minimum Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 10+ years experience of QA experience most of which should be in n-tier Enterprise web based application / Siebel/CRM/Tibco applications.
• 5+ years Hands-on programming, test automation Development experience using Java, SQL, XML, Perl.
• 5 + years of experience in Agile software development life cycle.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, collaboration & communications skills.
Nice to have:
o 3+ years of Strong hands-on experience in selenium automation tool is a must.
o 2+ years of Strong hands-on experience in Continuous integration methodologies and building automated tests to integrate into CI Process.
o Experience in Performance testing using tools such as load-runner, Jmeter etc…
o Experience in any code coverage tools.
POSITION 2: Sr. QA ENGINEER (PERFORMANCE TESTING):
Work Location: US – Santa Clara, CA.
Duration : 1 year+

Minimum Job Qualifications:
o Bachelor or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
o 8 + years experience of testing experience most of which should be enterprise level ERP, CRM, Salesforce n-tier web-based applications Performance, Backend, Integration testing.
o 5+ years Hands-on QA Tech Lead experience in QE Tools Development, architecting solutions for Performance, Webservices and Integration testing.
o Thorough understanding of ERP / CRM Applications (Siebel, Salesforce). Exposure to software implementation methodology and Enterprise Application Integration along with a working knowledge of database administration basics, schemas and objects
o 5 + years Hands-on experience in Load and Performance testing of web, Siebel/Salesforce CRM applications, webservices using LoadRunner, Jmeter.
o 2+ years Hands-on test Development experience using SQL, VBScript, XML, Perl, Java programming languages.
o Ability to be flexible with change
o Good written and verbal communication skills a must
Nice to have:
o Experience in CI methodologies, tools such as Hudson, Maven.
o Experience working with Remote teams.
o Experience in any code coverage tools.
