Telephonic and then F2F
Seven years of development experience with Java
Experience with Agile methodology including experience with daily stand ups.
Spring
Hibernate or( Ibatus ) and/or ORM frameworks
Webservices with Spring,
Spring Test suite or Eclipse Test suite
JQuery and/or JQuery UI
JSF version 2
HTML, strong CSS and Javascript skills important
IText for PDF creation
Oracle Backend and DB2
Some knowledge of mainframe would be a plus
