Job Description
Role & Responsibilities	Key roles and responsibilities include   -          Project Management of Large desktop deployment / Migration projects. -          Monitoring and control all Desktop deployment projects. -          Coordination with business groups in a project planning and execution -          Resource Management -          Stake holder management -          Customer relationship management and Program Governance -          Responsible for Schedule, cost, and Quality
Required Candidate Profile (Job Requirements/Descriptions)	-          10-12  plus years of IT experience. -          4 years' experience in project  management -          Experience in various deployment solutions. -          Should have managed desktop migration projects in the past. -          Familiarity with Deployment tools -          Familiarity with desktop build process and build engineering. -          Knowledge of Compatibility Testing, packaging technologies, tools and processes -          Experience in Process Automation -          Good knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 7 Operating system .  -          Good knowledge of quality process and should have handled project reviews with customer. -          Experienced in managed large migration projects -          Global project management experience, handling similar projects
Technical Skills Required (only for technical hires) [Include languages, OS, Platform skills required]	-          Proficient in Windows XP and Windows 7  operating systems -          Experience in managing large desktop deployment projects. -          Proficient in ITIL -          Experienced in handling complex and very complex projects -          Deployment tools,
Specific Domain/Technical/Functional skills   -	-          Global Project management experience -          PMP certification

 

 

Req - 2

Desktop Consultant ( 1 Position)

 

·         Overall 4 to 7 years IT experience in Desktop related Services

·         Good experience in Desktop migration lifecycle from Hardware inventory techniques and tools, Image creation and management and desktop deployment

·         Should be capable of analyzing a SOE Image and certify the image is compliant to standard security policies and best practices

·         Good experience in deployment tools deploying OS

·         Well versed with ImageX, DISM, USMT, MDT etc.,

·         Very good Communication and Presentation skills

·         Good documentation skills, and strong analytical, problem-solving skills are essential

·         Quick learner and result oriented

·         Technologies; Windows 7, SCCM/Altiris/Marimba/OVCM, MDT, BitLocker, BranchCache, DirectAccess, VDI, MDOP
