Job Title    :  Oracle HRMS Programmer Analyst
Location    :  Tinley Park, IL
Duration   :  3 months

Oracle HRMS Programmer Analyst
 
Responsibility:
Based on the project charter, define the project requirements and gain customer approval
Based on the project Requirements document, create Functional Specifications and gain approval
Based on the Functional Specifications, create Technical Specifications and gain approval
Based on the Technical Specifications create the deliverables
Conduct Unit testing on deliverables and move to QA once all defects removed
Conduct User Acceptance Testing removing all defects
Implement new deliverables into production once all defects removed
Utilize standard document templates and project methodology
Document all deliverables and work
Creation of training material
Training of business and IT resources as needed
Conduct a transfer of knowledge on all changes to the IT Support group based on their processes
Resolve any issues found in production
Mandatory Tasks
 
Define with SME's the project requirements
Create the Requirements document (approved by the team)
Create Functional Specifications (approved by the team)
Create Technical Specifications (approval by the team)
Maintain the projects' Requirements Matrix document
Creation of all deliverables
Resolve all deliverable defects
Conduct unit testing
Deploy into QA environment all deliverables
Conduct User Acceptance Testing
Deploy into production all deliverables
Support of deliverables once into production
Document all changes/configurations
Creation of training material
Conduct business unit and IT training
Implementation Plan:
Migration of deliverables from development to QA then to production based upon the agreed project plan dates and completion of
approvals for each step
 
Training Plan:
Document all deliverables and conduct training to the business users and IT Support group.
 
Maintenance and Support Plan:
Provide support for issues during user acceptance testing and post-production implementation
