Job description:

 Essbase/Planning Business Analyst Requirements: • Minimum 3-5 years in business/data analysis • Minimum 2-3 years Hyperion & DRM administration experience • Intermediate Hyperion Essbase and Advanced Excel • Ability to understand and explain data flows • Knowledge of Accounting and FP&A processes • Aptitude for financial data analysis/reconciliation • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience with Oracle preferred • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills Responsibilities: • Administer Essbase outlines, security, and Planning performance • User support - resolve user issues Ex. detect user errors, access issue, data retrieve, understand data flow • Setup, monitor, schedule tasks for monthly Actual & Forecast process • Perform data reconciliation between systems and between database Ex. btw systems - GHR, Oracle, Hyperion • Provide user training • Document financial systems operation procedures • Assist in the testing and deployment of automated processes or system upgrade. HFM Business Analyst Specific duties, Activities, and Responsibilities: HFM, FDM, Financial Reporting & Smart View o Maintenance and support of the Applications: HFM, FDM, Financial Reporting & Smart View o Coordinating user account setup/changes within HFM & FDM o Implementing Metadata Change requests from users through GUT ticketing system, including rule changes o Implementing reporting requests from users & other recipients of reports

 Experience Level  8-10YEAR
