SAP HR Functional Consultant

 

Note - " Need Global Implementation experience"

Location       :   Akron, OH

Duration      :   1 Year Plus

Rate            :   $65/hr c2c all incl

 

The overall project goal is to provide the foundation for business tools/applications that need HR data which currently is not available. It is to implement a Global SAP HR system that meets business requirements, enables the HR vision and provides the following:

Standardized, high quality human resources administration;

A single source of HR information to be used for all operational purposes in all regions & location, across all functions.;

The implementation of a Global Organizational Management Structure to provide the business with a single source of reporting and authorization levels (who reports to who);

Foundation for effective Talent Management:

Development and implementation of an HR Global data warehouse with the ability to perform analytical reporting that helps to make quality business related decisions;

The integration of Global HR master data with other Global master data to provide cross functional reporting and analysis;

The implementation of manager and employee self service portals.

  

SAP HR Functional Consultant

1. Global Implementation experience  - Specific experience working in Requirements Gathering for various countries in Europe, Asia Pac & LA Regions

2. Understand the Legal & Statutory requirements per country in a particular region

3. Understand Country specific reporting needs, country specific information to be stored

4. Ability to translate the requirements and provide a design approach on the PA info types and OM reporting structure

5. Hands on with SAP HCM - knowledge of the tables, structure that could be used.

6. Knowledge on Country Specific info types

7. Experience with Configuration on Info groups, Actions, table values etc for countries

8. Worked on confirming Country specific information (infotypes) required for countries globally
