Hyperion Functional (Planning) Lead/Architect  
Work Location : San Jose, CA
Duration : 5 Months Contract
Rate : Market

Responsibility –  Hyperion Functional consultants: They are coordinator, conduct business discussions with customers, create business requirement document, discuss and finalize design, prepare development plan, guide offshore team for development, perform system testing, conduct UAT and attain sign off on the basis of acceptance criteria. They need to conduct application specific admin and business user training (acceptance criteria).


Work experience & skills (Mandatory) :

1.         Having basic education in Finance (CA/ CPA/ MBA(f)/ B.Com) is mandatory as they are expected to talk to the Financial Controller.

2.         Experience of working in Hyperion Planning product is mandatory as that is the product that we are looking at implementing

3.         Considering we are looking at  position who would be interacting with the customer/ co-ordinate with the offshore team, we require a senior profile – minimum 10 yrs of finance working
            experience and minimum 5 years of Hyperion experience.

4.         More than 3 implementation of Hyperion planning in the capacity of functional consultant

5.         It would be good to have a PMP certified/ project management experienced consultant

6.         Consultant needs have experience of

a.         Preparing BRD of budgeting/ planning

b.         Preparing Design document of budgeting/ planning

c.         Prepare development plan

d.         Guide offshore team for development

e.         Perform system testing, conduct UAT

f.          Attain sign off on the basis of acceptance criteria

g.         Conduct application specific admin and business user training
