Description

Data conversion of legacy system with emphasis on data analysis, mapping, designing and developing extract and load programs, and executing data conversion processes and programs. Data quality procedures including data cleansing and conversion testing. Knowledgeable of data analysis and data design. Configure and execute database import/export utilities.
Assist in the planning and execution of data conversion test events. Define and document source system data, target system data, and data conversion business rule requirements. Define, plan and execute the steps required to identify, map, extract, transform, load, reconcile, and validate legacy and target system data. Map and cross-walk legacy source data to new target system. Support the use of automated tools to deliver comprehensive cleansing, matching, and quality monitoring for a broad range of data.
Expertise with software design, development, and maintenance in an Oracle RDBMS database environment using SQL and PL/SQL for stored procedures and functions. Generate XML Data Set from Oracle Database. Expertise with performance tuning database stored procedures and functions in an Oracle RDBMS database environment. Software development experience in Sybase PowerBuilder and Microsoft Visual Studio .NET environments. Experience using Microsoft Team Foundation Server for system source control and configuration management.
Experienced in providing system support and solving daily issues for SACWIS environment. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills. Effective communication with technical and non-technical personnel. Excellent business oriented analytical skills and good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to plan work tasks and projects. Research technical issues, problems, procedures, and methods and advise management and staff. Provides tec
