Share Point Lead
Client is looking for a Technical Lead/SharePoint Developer with architect experience to join their team. The successful candidate will be experience in SharePoint design, development and implementation. This is primarily a development position; however, candidates with a mix of development and functional experience will be considered as well. The ideal candidate will have experience using SharePoint in support of collaboration including implementation of portals, enterprise search, content management, workflows and forms. HP has a SharePoint upgrade project that will take place this year, upgrading SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010. Any experience with this upgrade will move candidates to the top of the pool.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Leadership experience in a development environment
- 3+ years with SharePoint Web Application or system development
- 3+ years with SharePoint .NET development or engineering
- Web application development using .NET Framework 3.5 and C#
- Experience programming using the SharePoint object models (client and server), Workflow Foundation (WF), and other Microsoft technologies
- SharePoint solution development using SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio
- Development, testing and implementation of custom SharePoint solutions
- Ability to work from high level requirements through detailed specifications, prototype, development, deployment and support
- Demonstrated capability to produce documentation for system requirements, technical designs, and implementation
- Experience in working with development, quality control, staging, and production environments
- Understanding of complex business rules
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Skills & Qualifications Preferred:
- Experience developing applications for SharePoint 2007 including webpart, event receiver, workflow and form services
- Architect experience managing the development of complex SharePoint solutions
