· Don't want a "coder", need a developer, someone that can take general directions and run with a concept.

·Can synthesize multiple ideas into a well thought-out presentation layer that will keep our site fresh.

·Clear documentation - processes, flows, etc.  This is critical as we want to have a complete product that is not contingent upon the developer sticking around to do maintenance.
