8+yrs SAP HR Benefits (BN) Consultant
Location: Clevland OH
Duration: 6 months
Roles:
50% travel from OH to FL

Experience in compliance reporting for more than 1 country
Health plan definition, dependent coverage rules, dependent eligibility rules, and cost rules.
Insurance plan definition, coverage rules, cost rules, evidence of insurability, pre-requisite plans
Savings plan definition, EE & ER contribution rules, annual limits
FSA plan definition
Experience with HIHP and H.S.A. plans and Credit Plans beneficial
COBRA configuration as well as understanding of COBRA collection and letter generation process
Plan eligibility including macro and micro eligibility
Experience implementing user exits for cost, coverage, and/or eligibility
Ability to write queries and provide reports using tools such as MS Access and MS Excel using vlookup or pivot tables beneficial
Experience with full file and changes only interfaces. Experience with EDI format interface beneficial
Understanding of enterprise structure, PA actions/ action reasons, and impact to benefits

Location: Clevland, OH
Duration: 6 months
Roles:
50% travel from OH to FL
• Design and develop software using SAP ABAP OO and/or Web 2.0 (Ajax) and HTLM5 programming languages in the area of compensation, benefits, performance management, recruitment, succession planning, personnel change requests and compensation planning.
• Configure Workflow
• Debug and troubleshoot web and abap issues
• Translate functional requests into technical requirements
• Participate in product design meetings
• Participate and/or lead client workshops to collect requirements for technical enhancements to the SAP and another Software
• Maintain Functional and Technical documentation related to the product
• Support designated test phases in line with current best practices and methodologies - including the design, review and implementation of test plans
• Provide training to Consultants on how to implement/extend the product
• Perform code reviews
• Minimum of 3-4+ years of programming experience and solution design required

9+yrs Senior SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Duration: 6-12 Months
Candidate must have the following experience.
• At least five demonstrated SAP Full Life Cycle project implementations of SAP Plant Maintenance.
• The candidate will be responsible to configure SAP Plant Maintenance in all areas.
• The Candidate must have strong experience in the SAP Plant Maintenance domain.
• Must have worked on mid to large scale projects with proven ability in a team lead role including developing project plans, UAT, and team documentation.
• Experience supporting the Project Manager in delivering deliverables.
• 9 -10 years hand on experience in using, and configuring all areas of SAP Plant Maintenance.
• At least three demonstrated SAP Full Life Cycle implementation as a project lead
• Good communication and presentations skill a must.
• Must be able to document technical requirements
• Strong testing skills
• Candidate must have strong troubleshooting skills regarding Plant Maintenance\Service Management.
• The following PM sub modules are in scope: Task list, Service Request, Catalogues, Qualification, Warranty, work order for facility and Information Technology, permit, predictive maintenance, preventative maintenance, costing, Project Systems, route scheduling, predictive maintenance, and procurement (asset, spares, and replacement,
service).
