Title: Python Developer

Location: San Diego, CA

Length: 6-12 Months+

 

Summary Description: 
This individual will be responsible for developing modules and extending the OpenERP platform to support a project-based BOM inventory planning, purchasing and outlook tool. This tool will be used to identify configurations and build plans, audit deviations from the initial plan, calculate remaining parts to order, score the success of the project plans, forecast remaining equipment orders, and integrate with our purchasing system. Tasks will involve complex analysis, design, programming, testing, debugging, documentation and integration of external data sources. 

Minimum Requirements: 

Python, HTML, CSS, SQL are necessities.  Enterprise-level development would be a nice buzz word to see, but at this point freelance is fine.

Experience developing on python-based platforms is worth passing along to me (django, zope, plone, etc.) since this implies python, html, CSS.

Other Considerations: 
• Familiarity with inventory management systems. 
• Experience writing OpenERP modules/addons.
