Title: .NET Developer

Location: Austin, TX

Length: 6-12 Months

 

·         Applicant will be a member of the HIE Technology staff supporting ACS/Xerox.

·         This position will also include working in collaboration with developers in other groups to ensure that the applications adhere to corporate standards and technologies.

·         The candidate will be expected to follow standard development methodologies and practices.

·         Analysis, design and architecture, development, and implementation of new initiatives using C#.

·         Support of HIE distributed applications including on-call production support.

 

 

Job Requirements:

·         Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related IT experience required

·         5+ years' experience using C# .NET, expertise in WCF, XML, and SQL Server, with hands-on experience in ASP.NET, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript.

·         8+ years overall IT experience including database development, architecture and design, and distributed applications development.

·         Full system lifecycle experience required including development, test, and implementation of highly robust and reliable solutions.

·         Good verbal and written English communication skills.

·         Team player attitude and must demonsClient Server Development VB .Net Developer Printrate an understanding of OO principles and practices.

·         Candidate must be able to contribute in all layers of development, testing and implementation.

·         Component & Object Oriented Development and an ability to understand and write UML models is preferred.

·         Experience with BizTalk and/or SQL report development is a plus.

·         Health industry experience is an advantage.
