We are currently seeking a Technical Lead for a project in Charlotte, North Carolina. The duration is about 2-3 years.

Must pass background and drug test.

Basic Qualifications

§ Bachelors Degree in MIS, CS, or a business discipline, or equivalent work experience

§ Seven (7) plus years of application development work experience with Visual Basic

§ Five (5) plus Object Oriented Programming skills with .Net / C#.

§ Experienced in Object Oriented Design Methodologies and Tools

§ Demonstrated understanding and experience with N-Tier application architectures

§ Demonstrated understanding and experience producing high level and detail software architectural designs.

§ Demonstrated understanding and experience with data integration architectures including ODS and Data Warehouse concepts

§ Demonstrated programming skills using relational databases SQL, Oracle, and DB2

§ Experience developing for Windows/Intel and/or UNIX platforms

§ Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers, management, and teammates

§ Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and properly prioritize required tasks to meet time schedules

§ Ability to easily and quickly learn application functionality and design/implement modifications as needed

§ Ability to work with external vendors of software packages and coordinate deliverables between internal and external teams

§ Strong knowledge of the IT Solution Delivery Life-Cycle and the ability to apply solution delivery best practices as defined

§ Proficient with UML and Use Case Methodologies and Detail Design Patterns and Packages
