{SAP JOBS USA:107049} Java/F 2 F a MUST..H1’s are ok..LOCALS ONLY

Hi,

Greetings for the day,

Revert with matching resumes to: steven@intellisofttech.com

Location: Plano/TEXAS

Rate: $55 -$60/Hr

Resume should be 4 pages max..

F 2 F a MUST..H1's are ok..LOCALS ONLY.

Resume can only be 4 pages max and must focus on the key skills/requirements for this position:

I wanted to provide some feedback as to resumes and what we are looking for.  Here are a few Do's and Don'ts:

Do:

The areas of experience the candidate must have are Java, Hibernate and Spring.  If the candidate has Swing experience that will be a big plus.

Candidates should have relevant experience in the past 5 years.  We are willing to look at candidate's with experience that goes back 10 years.  After 10 years, unless they have all four areas, we just want to know who they worked for and for how long.

We'd prefer an in-person interview, we want to see the candidate and meet them face to face.

Don't:

Resumes should be no longer than 4 pages, if it goes beyond 4 we will most likely pass.  We are expecting you to handle insuring your candidate's resume can focus in on the qualifications important to what we need.

If the candidate has experience in multiple languages, omit specific details related to .NET, etc.  We want to see that they have these skills, but a high-level idea of something they did is enough.  Save the details (and page space) for java specific experience.

Phone or web interviews are not preferred and this will not help a candidate if they have the qualifications but they aren't locally available.  If they do well on a phone interview that does not mean that we won't pass on them if their face-to-face interview goes poorly.  Also, we don't want to waste their time or ours, so in-person is important.

A candidate is expected to be local if hired, there will be no travel back and forth on weekends.
