This is Siva with GlobalLogic Inc. We have a job opening for Android Developer.

 

Title: Android Developer.

Location: Seattle, WA

Duration: 6-12 months.

 

Android Application/Framework Developer

Working with Android Client Team to build the framework for using the Amazon services on devices

Seeking solid developer, developing Java Framework w/little to no UI; mostly real support development

More on the Framework layer in using the device (no graphics)

Currently the team owns both the server and client side of the cloud services. They implement some of this pieces on the device to enable those web services to be used

The work is NOT developing UI or making games, mostly framework development. An app developer could possibility do this work if interested.

Solid Java programming skills, 5-10 yrs experience (mid-to-senior level)

Focused on developing on the device, any web services experience is a plus

Have big set up data, how you manage the device, manage memory on device,

Must know how to code

End result – Creating new APIs on the platform for applications to use them, this is the idea of creating a framework from these end to end services.
