Job Title: .Net Programmer
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Rate: $40 - 42/hr on C2C
Requirements:
• Analysis – Ability to interpret existing requirements and translate into a solution, creating queries and perform data and systems analysis to help drive business decisions.
• Think Creatively – Should be able to think outside the box with a balance of creative and critical thinking which brings success in individual and team performance.
• Sharing Knowledge – Identifying the needs of others and mentoring the team members to improve their knowledge or skills and being a team player.
• Monitor Environment – Monitoring applications on the process and system level, to detect or assess problems.
• Solving Problems – Analyzing logs and evaluating results to choose the best solution to solve problems.
• Self-starter – Ability to work with limited instruction with confidence.
Skills and Education:
• 5+ yrs of experience with ASP / .NET / VBScript / C++ / SQL Server / PowerShell / IIS / IBM MQ.
• Strong Knowledge on IIS App Pools - Setup, Deploy, Configuration and Monitoring.
• Would be nice to have knowledge in Perl / Python / COBOL Scripting / Java / JQuery / Jboss.
• Bachelor's degree (BS) in Computer Science or equivalent from four-year College.
