Length: 12 month
Rate: $35/hr
Requirement:
• Help Desk Technical Support.
*Minimum 3 years experience supporting complex software products
• Analyzing end user reported issues, basic troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Collect Data and submit S/W/issues/bugs in the Client Tracking System
• A good understanding & previous experience with web-server & database technology is an asset
• Experience in workflow management would be an asset
